KVKK RIGHTS NOTICE
As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to KÜÇÜK GROUP INC. through the methods specified in the KÜÇÜK GROUP INC. Personal Data Processing, Storage, Protection and Destruction Policy published at http://www.kucukgroup.com/, our company will conclude your request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by KÜÇÜK GROUP INC. Within this scope, personal data subjects have the right to:
• Learn whether their personal data is processed,
• Request information if their personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legal provisions, and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

In cases where the application is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or no response is given within the required time, the relevant person may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days from the date they learn the response of the data controller and in any case within sixty days from the date of application. In accordance with Article 13 of the Law, a complaint cannot be made without exhausting the application remedies.

Within the scope of international legislation, in addition to the rights listed above, the relevant person also has the right to request the restriction of processing of personal data and to withdraw consent regarding the processing or transfer of personal data, and these rights are implemented by our company.
